Q. How do you preserve the look and feel of our website when guests access the booking engine? How much customization is permitted? Can the design layout and theme be integrated with the look and feel of our own site and can this be updated by us?

A. All colors, fonts, and languages for the RezEngine can be customized in real-time by the individual hotel or group via the system’s css style sheets. An unlimited number of different booking pages can be created at the portal level. An optional language page can also be utilized so that consumer users can select their language of choice. Currently, the system supports twenty (20) international languages and over 100 international currencies.

Q. Does the system quote multiple rates for a multiple night stay or does it quote one rate type based on length of stay?

A. If the rate changes over the course of a stay, this is reflected in the rate on screen. If multiple rate types are available, all rate types will display over the length of stay.

Q. What daily, weekly and monthly reports are available to track online reservations? Describe their fields (ADR, average length of stay, this year vs. last year, etc.) and how they are provided.

A. The system provides an unlimited number of reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis for both the individual property or group. Each have the flexibility to generate an unlimited number of customized reports based upon all available data fields supported by the system, including over 70 fields for guest, hotel, and reservations data, as well as over 40 data fields for web reservations activity. Some of these reports can be downloaded in a .csv format for use in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Q. What day-to-day user support services are available to our group of hotels?

A. All manuals are available online for trouble shooting, and an Account Manager is on call 24/7 via phone or email for product support.

A. Roomrez has just delivered a business to business digital exchange booking platform specific for retail travel agents/wholesalers to book negotiated rates online with IATA/TIDS codes or specific booking codes. For example, your group (on behalf of your hotel properties) can set up net rates and exclusive packages specific for The XYZ Travel Co agents in Europe, to access, book and be paid commission. Through the system, you, each of your hotel properties and The XYZ Travel Co will have access to reports outlining, gross sales activities including commissions due for all booking activities across all hotel members.
